  • The cost of your service at Areté depends on your desired result! We have detailing packages, paint correction services, paint protection film packages, and CQUARTZ ceramic coating services- all of which have “starting at” prices based on the size of your vehicle. If you would prefer to talk to a person and walk through your goals, or if you’d rather customize something you’ve seen online, give us a call, shoot us an email, or visit our shop!

  • We are an appointment-based business, and often schedule days or weeks in advance. The best way to guarantee an appointment is to book ahead to reserve your spot. It never hurts to try and call us for a same-day appointment, but we cannot guarantee openings in our calendar. In the spring, summer and fall, we may be scheduling anywhere from 1-4 weeks in advance, depending on the level of detail.

  • At Areté there so many ways to book an appointment. If you’re looking for a full detail package, or just an interior or exterior detail you can book online, email or call us, or even stop by the shop! If you’d like to schedule a paint correction, ceramic coating package, or installation of paint protection film or window tint please call, email, or stop by!

  • We require a deposit for all new appointments. Deposits for most detail services are $75 and deposits for ceramic coating, paint correction, and paint protection film services start at $250. This deposit will be held as credit towards the service and you will be provided with a receipt, either via email or printed out (if booking in-person). If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will keep the deposit applied toward the new appointment (limit of one rescheduled appointment).

    More than one rescheduled appointment, same-day cancellations, or a “no call, no show” will forfeit the deposit in full, and a new deposit will be required to make another appointment. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to work with you!

  • Ceramic Coatings

    Areté offers manufacturer’s warranties on all of our DQUARTZ (min. 2 layers), CQUARTZ Professional, and CQUARTZ Finest Reserve coatings, along with a 1-year shop warranty on our CQUARTZ UK v3.0 installations. That 1-year shop warranty covers premature failure that may be the fault of us as installers.

    Window Tint + Paint Protection Film

    Areté offers manufacturers warranties on all window films and paint protection films installed as well as a 1-year installation warranty on the application of said window and paint protection films. Read STEK’s window tint and paint protection film warranties here.

    Disclosures

    Odors

    Areté cannot guarantee full removal of tobacco odors.

    Paint Protection Film

    We may, at our discretion, require a liability waiver be signed when applying or removing paint protection film. This is due to the fact that there is a risk of paint being removed alongside the PPF. Even though we leverage a meticulous and careful process during film removal, including but not limited to steam and IR heat lamps, we have seen it before.

    Generally, this is NOT something that is common, and typically happens on an improperly painted surface such as a poor aftermarket paint job, or a paint system that was defective from the factory. On vehicles with original paint, this is generally not a concern. We are happy to candidly discuss any concerns you may have. Please call or email us to be provided with a copy of this waiver.

  • Storage

    We ensure that all vehicles staying overnight, whether it be for a long-term service or just one that needs to be picked up in the morning, are always kept inside the shop. Storage past the agreed upon pick-up date is billed at $50/day at Areté’s discretion.

    Delivery

    If you live within a 5-mile radius of the shop at 645 Whitney Road W, the option to have your vehicle delivered when your service is complete is available on a limited basis.
