DQUARTZ can be applied as a standalone coating for automotive paint, but has also been formulated to enhance the renowned performance of CQUARTZ Professional and Finest Reserve when used as a base.

Hardness - Focusing on the increase of the surface’s hardness, DQUARTZ can jump up 5 points on the Mohs scale- the end result will depend on a vehicle’s paint before application. Each vehicle is different, which is why we have always steered clear of claims like “9H”, something CARPRO has also put their foot down on, calling them “physically impossible.”

The Science - This incredible new technology is enabled by the carefully controlled size and spherical shape of the nano diamond particles in combination with their activated surface structures. This allows the diamonds to electrostatically bind to the other ingredients of the coating, as well as the surface itself.

In essence, DQUARTZ isn’t just a regular ceramic coating with a cool additive known for hardness. Diamonds are an integral part of the DQUARTZ nanostructure.

Chemical & UV Resistance - Once cured, it forms a dense, durable coating that protects the paint and retains a high gloss for years to come- resistant to oil stains, water marks, bugs, tar, iron, dust, dirt, & bird droppings.

Aesthetics - Bonded to the surface of your paint, not just sitting atop it, DQUARTZ protects the gloss and depth we reveal with paint correction, it actually enhances it!

Hydrophobic - As always, a headline feature of any ceramic coating is the tight water beads and ability to shed dirt easily. DQUARTZ retains these characteristics that make a car so enjoyable to wash!

When selected, there is only one option for preparation of the vehicle. All DQUARTZ installers have made a commitment to fully prepare, decontaminate, and perform paint correction before the application of this coating enhances it even further! Furthermore, a mandatory 2 coats are applied at a minimum (for the ultimate in ceramic coating performance, pair DQUARTZ with Professional or Finest Reserve).
