This lovely 2015 Lexus RC 350 F-Sport came to us with only 19 miles on the clock. The owner wanted the infrared paint finish, which by itself is an exceptionally beautiful color, perfected and protected right off of the showroom floor. The vehicle itself is a new vision for a Lexus performance coupe that offers truly aggressive styling, excellent design, and a return to rear wheel drive.

   Our wash and wax special from April was such a huge success we decided to keep it on as a regular service! For just an additional $35 you can turn any hand wash (even if the hand wash is a complimentary part of the service) into a wash and wax special! The upgrade includes a chemical decontamination along with a durable silica-based sealant for shine and protection!

Here at the shop we are always working to continually improve our process and our products in order to consistently deliver the finest auto detailing experience western New York has to offer. To that end we are proud to announce that we will now carry Cquartz UK as our entry level paint coating. We already have brought excellent CarPro products to the Rochester area with other CQuartz offerings like Finest and after working with CQuartz UK we have been extremely pleased with results.

We are finally starting to settle into the swing of things at our new shop, located at 160 South Union Street. We have so much more capacity now and there are some awesome projects this month and in the coming months! Stop in to say hello and we'd be happy to give you a tour. 

This BMW traveled over three hours to come see us and we were truly humbled by that fact. Arete has really begun to develop a reputation even outside of our hometown of Rochester, NY. We are so honored to care for these out of town vehicles and its such a treat when they're as special as this M3 is to its owner. This particular example came to use for a single step of paint correction followed by installation of Car Pro's CQuartz Finest paint coating.

Spring is finally just around the corner and after this past February our cars have taken a beating. Now that we're all settled into our new shop at 160 S. Union Street we're ready to get back into the swing of things! We have so much more room than we used to and we cannot wait to fill it with cars and continue to bring the high quality car detailing and auto care you expect from us. Here at Areté Auto Salon we strive to deliver the highest possible standard of auto detailing to Rochester, NY and the rest of western New York. In general detailing is defined as, "the thorough cleaning, restoration, and finishing of an automobile, both inside and out, to produce a show-quality level of detail." While we agree with that definition we like to add that detailing also serves to extend the life of a vehicle. Auto detail to many people has become synonymous with road side tunnel car washes. 

It's not every day you get to participate in an event like SEMA. Over the years the show has morphed into the largest auto aftermarket trade shows out there. It draws over 100,000 industry professionals from all across the globe to come see, and buy, the latest and greatest products out there. It was truly an honor to meet so many of our coating suppliers, especially the CarPro guys, in person for the first time as well as to spend time with other industry professionals we don't see often. 

"Growth" doesn't even begin to describe 2014 for us here at the shop. Although we have essentially lived in the shop over the course of the last 12 months, the business is going full steam and our reach seems to be growing larger each and every day. In 2014 we expanded our reconditioning options, added new paint protection systems to our line-up, established relationships with great local shops, started breaking fresh ground with dealers, and have really tried to step up our imaging as much as possible. As a whole we have been humbled and honored by all that Rochester and Western New York has given us.
